The Barn

The Arena
The riding arena is Olympic-sized and has been used for Parelli horse training clinics — a reasonable proxy for how it is built and how it holds up under real use. Alongside it, the round pen being both covered and lit is what keeps horses in work through a Colorado winter rather than standing in a paddock until April.
The Caretaker's Apartment
